Smoking

This hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee applies with evidence of smoking and/or vaping.

Pets

We unfortunately do not accept pets. Service animals are welcome with proper service certification.

Check in/Check out

Check in: 4:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am
Minimum Age to Register: 21

Late Check-Out Fee: There is a penalty of $20 per hour after 12:00 pm and after 3:00 pm the daily rate plus tax is charged.

Additional Adults

All of our rooms are based on double occupancy. There is a $15 charge per additional adult per night.

Parking

Limited On site self parking available for $25.00 per night per vehicle with in/out privileges. Off site self parking available for $15.00 per night per vehicle with in/out privileges. (4-minute walk away)

Changes/Modifications to Reservation

If you require to change/modify a reservation, it can be done up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival.

Payment Method Details

Credit card guarantee will be pre-authorized in advance of your arrival. The authorization will be held until check-out. Valid credit card must be present at the time of arrival.

Photo ID

Valid government issued photo ID is required for the check in process.
